Record material deliveries

Create a traceable record of material arriving on site.

Steps

  1. 1Select Yes if any deliveries arrived. Otherwise select No.
  2. 2Enter the vendor, PO number (if available), description, who received it and where it was staged.
  3. 3Click + Add More for each delivery, then click Next.
